Planning an event comes with plenty of questions. Here are a few helpful details about hosting your celebration at Hacienda Sereda.

Can we host a wedding or cultural celebration at Hacienda Sereda?

Yes. Hacienda Sereda welcomes weddings and a variety of cultural celebrations. Our venue manager can discuss available spaces, guest capacities, and event requirements.

Can we bring our own caterer?

Yes. While we don’t provide in-house catering, we offer a preferred caterers list and allow outside caterers with venue approval. Our commercial kitchen is available to caterers, with outside catering subject to applicable security deposits and kitchen access fees.

Do you provide bar service?

Yes. Hacienda Sereda provides in-house bar service, which must be used for events serving alcohol.

Are tables, chairs, and linens included?

Yes. Venue rentals include five-foot round tables, chairs, floor-length table linens, napkins, dinnerware, and glassware.

Who handles room setup and takedown?

Our team handles the setup and takedown of tables and chairs according to an agreed-upon seating plan.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Hacienda Sereda is wheelchair accessible.

Can we arrange early access for event setup?

Early access may be arranged with our venue manager. Please discuss your setup requirements and preferred timing in advance.

When must decorations and personal items be removed?

Removal requirements are outlined in your rental agreement. In most cases, items and guests must be cleared within one hour of the scheduled event end time.

Can we schedule an in-person tour?

Absolutely. Venue visits can be arranged during weekday business hours, Monday through Friday. Contact Wendy to schedule a convenient time.
