A variety of multi-cultural celebrations are welcome.  We can accommodate Seated dinning receptions up to 220 people in The Courtyard Room and 115 people in The Ballroom. Please contact us for details.

We do not have an onsite caterer;  however, we do offer a preferred caterers list you are free to choose from.  You may bring in an outside caterer with approval of Hacienda Sereda.  Note* All catering companies have access to our amazing commercial kitchen, however outsourced caterers are required to provide a security deposit and are subject to a Kitchen Access fee.

  We do have an in-house Bar Service at Hacienda Sereda.  You are required to use our bar service if you plan to serve alcohol at your event.

Tables, Chairs and Floor Length Table Linens, Napkins (Black, White or Ivory) are included.  Dinnerware and Glassware are also included in your rental. 

We take care of set up and take down at the end of the event.  A seated floor plan is established and agreed upon.

Yes, please reach out and we will accommodate a visit during business hours – Monday to Friday.

Yes. You are welcome to set up a time with our Venue Manager regarding what time you are requesting to begin set up.  Our facility is unique, and we do have staff offices looking into the Courtyard Room.  During business hours staff may be in their office but would not affect or interrupt your set up.

This will be outlined in your contract – however in most cases removal/vacancy of items/people is required the hour after your event run time.
